General : Most Orders will ship within 72 hours after we receive them providing the merchandise is in stock. Some items may take up to 10 days before orders will be shipped. If shipment of an item will take longer than 10 days we will notify you by e-mail with the expected shipping date.

Return Policy: Unused items in new condition and in original packaging only may be returned for full credit within 14 days of purchase, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at 1-866-LADY-PAR with an order number and reason for the return before shipping the item back. All returns must have an assigned Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside label to be accepted. It is recommended that you insure the item before returning it.

Special Orders: We will gladly accept special orders for custom specifications on clubs at no additional charge. All special orders would require pre-payment and must be called in to our office at 1-866-LADY-PAR. All special orders are final sales and can not be returned.

Back Orders: At times, an item may be depleted from inventory. If this happens, we will notify you and make every attempt to expedite delivery of that item. Your patience in this situation would be appreciated.

Shipping: We've made special arrangements with some of our vendors to have items shipped directly from them to expedite delivery time. Please note: We do not ship to Post Office Boxes; you must provide us with a street address for shipping. We offer 2nd day mail for an additional charge, as noted.

48-Contiguous United States Shipping Charges:

International Orders and International Shipping Charges:
Our shopping cart does not calculate postage for International shipments, APO shipments and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional surcharge per order will be added to the above charges. We will contact you prior to shipping to advise of the additional charge.

BogeysandBirdies.com is unable to determine the exact amount of postage until the package is taken to the postal facility. When you place an order outside the 48-contiguous United States, you must include in the Comments section of our order form "I understand that the charge for ground postage that appears on my receipt does not reflect the cost to ship packages Internationally or to an APO, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. I hereby authorize BogeysandBirdies.com to charge my account for the additional cost to ship this order to me."

Before we bill your credit card for the additional costs, we will send you an email notifying you of the additional amount being charged to your account.

Payment: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal through our secure shopping cart system.

Payment by check or money order is acceptable. Orders will be processed as soon as your personal check clears our bank. We will notify you if there will be more than a 48 hour delay.

To pay by personal check or money order please make your selections using our secure shopping cart system.  When you have made your selections and are ready to check out, please print out your cart page.  Include your mailing address and check or money order and mail to:

Gift Certificates: If you would like to have a Gift Certificate sent for a special occasion, we will include it with a card. Just let us know the recipient's name and address (including zip code), type of occasion and what you want the card to say and we will be happy to send it on your behalf. The cost of the card is $3.50.

Taxes: We collect State Sales Tax when the billing address is in Virginia.

Warranties: Please inspect all packages carefully upon receipt. Notify us immediately of any damages. Defective merchandise is covered by the manufacturers' warranties. All other returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and authorized by us. Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be refused. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition. Returns made more than 14 days after receipt that are in sellable condition will count towards merchandise credit or exchange only less the shipping costs. For your protection it is recommended that you insure the merchandise for its full value. We are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment to us.

Privacy Policies: Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell or rent your information. You will have the opportunity to let us know if you would like to hear from us when we introduce new products or add new affiliates. You can " opt out " of future mailings at any time.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders: We offer quantity discounts for large orders. Please call or email us for pricing.
